Highlights: The Gospel Coalition Women's Conference

Earlier this month, I was privileged to join around 8,000 women from all 50 states and 27 countries for The Gospel Coalition Women's Conference, "Listen and Live." Keynote sessions focused on the book of Deuteronomy, highlighting themes of obedience and love; holiness and grace. Workshop sessions highlighted topics from chronic illness to vocation to race to parenting and loneliness.

You can find all recorded sessions here, including the accompanying field guide, which was designed to accompany the keynote sessions.

I would love to talk to any of you about it, and would love to see Mosaic women in attendance at their next conference in 2020. In the meantime, here are some specific workshop sessions I want to highlight. There are also topics in the recorded sessions about politics, race, local church ministry and women in early Christianity, for example.

If you're looking for good summer reads, there are plenty of great reads from speakers discounted for the conference here. Two books I'm reading this summer after the conference include Jen Wilkin's In His Image, about how we bear God's image, and Rosaria Butterfield's The Gospel Comes with a House Key, on gospel-centered hospitality.
