Develop Undeniable Faith

Dear Mosaic Family,

One of the most compelling lines of evidence for the divine inspiration and authorship of the Bible, is how the Holy Scriptures portray the great heroes of the faith, the very pillars of the church, the 12 chosen Apostles of Christ.

If the Bible were a mere human fabrication, written to establish a world religion, and psy-op the masses, it would never present the Apostles the way it does.

No, the Apostles would be Saints. Honorable. Noble. Stable. Courageous. Steadfast. Strong. Men of undeniable faith. Men without glaring weaknesses and derailing blind spots.

You can know the Bible is the true Word of God because of how honestly it portrays the closest followers of Jesus Christ. One betrayed him. Sold the Son of God for 30 pieces of silver like a slave. Eleven denied Him with their behavior as they fled from Him at His moment of greatest need, like rats fleeing a seemingly sinking ship. One, the chief Apostle, Peter, denied even having ever known the man, three times, with swearing and cursing.

How did this same Peter become the first Pastor of the Church? Though he denied Christ, he did not deny Christ's grace, and accepted it with repentance. This same grace developed in Peter an undeniable faith, a faith that would ignite the faith of untold numbers of people.

Join us Sunday as we think about how to develop an undeniable faith from Mark 14:27-31.

Looking forward to worshiping with you!

This Week's Announcements

Baptism Class

This Sunday, May 19 at 1:00pm

We believe that Christian Baptism is the Baptism of a believer upon their profession of faith, into the name of the Father, and Son, and Holy Spirit; to show forth, in a solemn and beautiful sign, our faith in the crucified, buried, and risen Savior, with its effect in our death to sin and resurrection to a new life. If you are a Christian who hasn't been baptized, we'd encourage you to attend our baptism class. Sign up or learn more here

Community Lunch

Sunday, June 2 at 1:00pm

Join us monthly for food and fellowship following the second service. Lunch will be provided by Mosaic. This is a great opportunity to bring your friends, family, or neighbors.

Serve with us

We love our volunteers!

At Mosaic Boston, we serve because Jesus served. The Gospel makes us a family marked by Christlike humility and service to God, to his church, and to the people around us. We can all play an eternally significant role in Jesus’ mission. Service Teams are a key aspect of our Sunday operations and meet Sundays before, during, or after Worship Services. We have a huge need across many of our teams, you can find more information and get involved here.

Songs for Sunday

If you would like to know what we'll be singing on Sunday, you can find the playlist here.

Fundraising Goal

Right now, our church has a big goal—to raise $5 million for our own worship space. We believe every tongue will confess and every knee will bow to Jesus Christ. That’s why we want to establish a permanent church home in a global city, where God’s people from far and wide can learn about the living God. Visit here if you would like to know more or donate to this goal.
